December: Celebrating volunteers

December will be our final celebrations of the work of volunteers  - on the 1st December we will host the "Volunteer Oscars" award event at Leeds Civic Hall. On December 7th we will be hosting "European Year of Volunteering - the Leeds conference " at the Royal Armouries, Leeds. This will set up the 2011 year in Leeds and will include representatives from Volunteering Organisations within Leeds five "partner cities" in Europe - Seigen and Dortmund (Germany), Brasov (Romania), Brno (Czech Republic), and Lille (France).
